Terms and Conditions
• All quotes are valid for 30 days
• Any request for changes to the layout after the first round of revisions will incur an hourly rate
• Designstone reserves the right to use any work for self promotional purposes
• 50 % of fee is invoiced up-front
• Periodical invoicing applies if the project proceeds 30 days
• Terms of Payment are 14 days from invoice date
• Upon your approval, stock images incur additional cost
• The client retains all intellectual property upon payment of invoice for project specified above only
• It is presumed that all images supplied to Designstone by you to produce the materials required has copyright and usage approval
• The thorough checking of art proofs for print approval, during all stages of the project, is the responsibility of the client

• Proposal options range from $500 - $6000
• Only thumbnails of shoot results are provided with proposal
• Proposal approval must be commenced before 25 December 2009
• High resolution images are provided with design concepts in the new year
• Places are limited to ten within metropolitan Sydney during the week beginning Monday 7 December 2009
